I'm not quite sure what to call this recipe, because it was one I came up with at the spur of the moment. One advantage to having a well stocked Wildtree pantry is that I can combine a bit of GSO with a couple of tablespoons of seasoning and I'm on my way to having dinner on the table!
If you're new to Wildtree, here's the scoop: Wildtree products are all natural, certified organic, preservative-free, do not contain MSG, food dyes, fillers, or high fructose corn syrup and are 100% nut free.
I started out mixing 2 tablespoons of Zesty Lemon Grapeseed Oil and 1 Tablespoon of the Italian Salad Dressing Mix (you can also use this mix to make your own homemade Italian dressing). Add more dressing mix for more flavor.
I drizzled the mixture over the tilapia and popped in the oven at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes (or until fish is flaky).
